Ordering and Payment

Ordering methods: website, email or regular mail.

Prices:

• Published prices do not include shipping, taxes or import charges (where applicable).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Email bank money transfers within Canada are acceptable. We are currently working on integrating Payal into our shopping cart system. For International customers who would like to make a purchase via Paypal in the meantime, please contact our Accounts Manager. Bank drafts and money orders will be accepted for orders, however the order will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared.

Specials & Promotional Offers: Most sale prices are available through the shopping cart system.

Shipping

Shipping prices are a flat rate charge based on the Shipping Zone of your ship to address.

Claims & Returns

• Damaged or missing items claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims must be made on the carrier for parcels damaged or lost in transit.
• All returned items must be in saleable condition, eg. Wrapping & seals intact). Please contact us for Return Authorization. Customers must indicate on customs documentation and the parcel that the parcel is a "return to manufacturer" or they pay any brokerage fees. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable. Your credit will be processed via the same means as your order payment was processed (eg. if you pay $35.00 via paypal, you will be refunded $30.00 (original order minus original shipping charges) via paypal)
